The Department of Health (department) invites you to provide feedback on proposed rulemaking language related to clarifying terms in chapter 246-470 WAC.
A rulemaking workshop took place on March 19th, 2024, and the department received feedback from interested parties around the proposed language. In response to those suggestions, the department made edits to the proposed language (linked).
The department welcomes your participation in this rulemaking. If you have additional comments, questions or concerns on the proposed rule language, please contact Jennifer Kang at jennifer.kang@doh.wa.gov by May 20th, 2024.
