The Board of Physical Therapy (board) in coordination with the Department of Health (department) filed a CR-102 on March 4, 2024, under WSR #24-06-067 proposing amendments to WAC 246-915 to add a new section, WAC 246-915-390, intramuscular needling endorsement, and to amend WAC 246-915-990, Physical therapist fees and renewal cycle, to implement Second Substitute House Bill 1039.
