Lewis County nursing assistant and massage therapist licenses suspended on rape charges
OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Health suspended the licenses of Lewis County certified nursing assistant (NC60680346) and massage therapist (MA61107184) Michael P. Frietze pending further legal action.
Charges state that Frietze has pled guilty to two counts of second-degree rape and one count of indecent liberties in Lewis County Superior Court.
Frietze cannot practice in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and to ask for a hearing.
