Good evening,
The Department of Health (department) has adopted a policy statement clarifying the department’s position on implementation of the new agency affiliated counselor credentials. The policy statement outlines the varying scopes of practice for each credential, the different options available to current agency affiliated counselors, and timeframes for new credentials.
