At the March 4th and March 5th business meetings, the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (commission) approved to extend the March 2021 Self-Inspection deadline to June 30, 2021. This includes the following self-inspection worksheets listed below:
1. General
2. Hospital Pharmacy and HPAC
3. Long Term Care Pharmacy Addendum
4. Nuclear Pharmacy Addendum
5. Non-Sterile Compounding (USP 795) Addendum
6. Sterile Compounding (USP 797) Addendum
7. Wholesaler
8. Manufacturer
Commission staff will post the self-inspection worksheets to the commission website as they are completed: Pharmacy Commission Inspections
*Please note - the Health Care Entity (HCE) self-inspection worksheet is under development. Updates will follow in separate communication.
