Commission Requests Comments on New Self-Inspection Forms

New self-inspection worksheets have been developed corresponding to the new rules and adopted by the Commission during the June 19^th Special Commission Meeting.   New self-inspection worksheets are required to be completed in the month of March each year (with the exception of the year 2020 in which an extension was given to the end of May due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Also, if there is a change in responsible pharmacy manager, the new self-inspection worksheet(s) need(s) to be completed within thirty days as compliance to the new rule Chapter 246-945 WAC is still expected. Again, the new rules can be found on the Commission’s website under Pharmacy Law.

• The Commission is requesting public comment on the new self-inspection worksheets. The timeline for submission of comments is July 1 to midnight July 30, 2020.   Please take the time to review the new self-inspection worksheets and provide input.
