 Update on Opioid Rule-making
The Medical Commission will hold a rules hearing on August 22,
2018 beginning at 2 pm at the Hotel RL Olympia located at 2300 Evergreen Park
Drive SW in Olympia, Washington. This hearing will discuss the proposed
new sections and changes to existing standards for prescribing opioids. This
effort is required under the directives of Engrossed Substitute House Bill (ESHB) 1427.
