Commerce releases Foreclosure Fairness Program reports
The Foreclosure Fairness Program allows borrowers facing foreclosure to find alternatives by demanding mediation with their lenders to look for alternatives to foreclosure. The program recently released its 2025 legislative report and a one-time revenue report.
The annual legislative report on program performance is required according to RCW 61.24.163. It provides the Foreclosure Fairness Program data for the state fiscal year 2025.
The Foreclosure Fairness Account revenue report is a one-time report about the number and amount received from the Foreclosure Prevention Fee (FPF), an $80 charge on each residential mortgage loan, as defined in RCW 31.04.015(24).
