Join Lead‑Based Paint rulemaking workshops

Commerce is updating the state’s Lead‑Based Paint (LBP) rules. We invite you to learn about the rulemaking effort, ask questions and share your feedback. We will offer workshops and have an online form .
Your feedback is critical as we work to modernize Washington’s lead‑based paint regulations and
support safe, healthy homes and communities. We look forward to hearing from you.

Training provider workshop
Next week, Commerce will host a workshop specifically for licensed and accredited LBP training providers. We will review updates related to provider accreditation, course requirements and program structure.
