Applications for Rapid Capital Housing Acquisition program due June 15
The Washington State Department of Commerce is accepting applications for funding for the acquisition and rapid conversion of multifamily properties for people experiencing homelessness. The funds are through Commerce’s Rapid Capital Housing Acquisition program. There is $26,722,356 available in funding.
Download and carefully review the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for specific information regarding funding requirements and priorities, the process for submitting an application, and dates of significance.
Applications are due to the Department of Commerce by 12 p.m. Pacific on Monday, June 15.
How can I learn more about this funding opportunity?
We invite applicants to attend two separate technical assistance office hours to ask questions and seek further clarification. Registration is required, and times are Pacific.

Applicants can access technical assistance April 15 through June 8. Applicants may also request waivers from certain NOFA requirements during this time.
Award announcements are anticipated in August.
