The Homeownership Unit wants your feedback about the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard

Developers, property managers, tenants and more: We want to hear your feedback about the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) to ensure that its requirements are achievable, well understood, and it actually results in the positive impacts for homeowners and tenants.

Projects supported by the fund sources managed by Washington Department of Commerce’s Multifamily Housing Unit (MHU) and Homeownership Unit, including the state Housing Trust Fund and Federal HOME program, must comply with the ESDS. ESDS compliance intends to improve long-term affordability and enhance the quality of life of residents.
