Next Tribal Clean Energy application deadline is July 19

Pre-application conference this week will help prepare applications

The Washington State Department of Commerce continues to accept applications for the Tribal clean energy grants solicitation. Funding is available exclusively for federally recognized tribes and tribes’ contracted service providers to support the planning, design and construction of clean energy projects that promote sovereignty, advance resiliency and contribute to our decarbonization goals.

The solicitation is ongoing until funds are exhausted. The next application review deadline is 12 p.m. July 19.

Commerce is hosting a virtual pre-application conference this Thursday. Potential applicants are encouraged, but not required, to attend a pre-proposal conference to learn more about this opportunity.
