Get information & comment on HUD PRICE statewide grant application

The Homeownership Unit of the Washington State Department of Commerce is leading the consolidated statewide application seeking up to $85 million in funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) funds (CFDA 14.024).

Important dates

• May 20, 2024: Draft application available by 5 p.m. PST
• May 20, 2024: Public review and comment period begins.
