Early Learning Facilities grants for public school districts open now
Applications are due by June 25
The 2025-2027 Early Learning Facilities (ELF) funding round for public school districts is now open.
Funded projects must:
- Result in an increase in early learning capacity
- Commit to reserving spaces for either the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and/or the Working Connections Child Care Program (WCCC)
- Participate in Early Achievers
- Commit to maintaining the site as an early learning facility for at least 10 years
Projects include major construction and renovation grants, including for facility acquisition. Projects that have already completed are not eligible to apply and costs incurred before July 1, 2024, are not eligible for reimbursement. Awards may not exceed $1,101,946 per project.

ZoomGrants tips

- If you have a ZoomGrants account, log in and follow the instructions.
- Once the agency profile is created, access the 2025-2027 Public School Districts grant and select the “Apply” button to start your proposal.
- Answers are automatically saved after each response.
- All applications must be submitted electronically through ZoomGrants.
