Application amended
Deadline to apply for Community Decarbonization grants extended to April 8
Commerce has issued an amendment to the Community Decarbonization Grants Request for Applications (RFA) with the following changes:
- Extends the deadline to apply to Monday, April 8 at noon
- Extends the deadline to ask questions to Monday, April 1 (answers will be posted by April 4)
- Removes an application question
Approximately $67 million is available.
For this round of grant funding, applicants are required to demonstrate that projects benefit overburdened communities and vulnerable populations by improving environmental health conditions, reducing energy inequities, or strengthening community resiliency.
