ATTENTION: Wait-listed and partially funded projects
Apply now for Apple Health and Homes Capital
Applications are now open for the first round of Apple Health and Homes (AHAH) Capital program funding to address partially-funded or wait-listed projects from the Housing Trust Fund's 2022 Traditional program application round.
The intention of the Apple Health and Homes program is to directly link health care and housing to serve individuals with complex health, behavioral health and physical health conditions. We are attempting to be flexible and adaptable in a new program that also has statutory requirements and Medicaid requirements. This addendum is intended to help expedite production of highly needed permanent supportive housing projects that have been stalled due to capital constraints.
Eligibility
- Project applications that received partial funding or were officially wait-listed may submit this Addendum #2 to NOFA #MHU-2022-02.
- Projects must have been designed to serve the homeless and provide permanent supportive housing.
Deadline
Applications are due to Commerce by noon, March 9, 2023.
