HR releases SuccessFactors how-to ​​training video just in time for our annual reviews

We are excited to announce a just-in-time, on-demand, 10-minute training video on how to use SuccessFactors, our agency's performance review tool. Annual performance review comments for 2021-22 are due from team members and their supervisors by close of business Friday, Sept. 30.

That means supervisors and team members should meet one-to-one to discuss before then and follow those meetings by digitally signing the SuccessFactors forms. Final forms with signatures are due to Human Resources by close of business Monday, Oct. 9.

Real Talk will highlight our decision packages, agency request legislation ahead of 2023 legislative session

Real Talk

Most of us know that legislative session is a really big deal for Commerce and the communities we serve. But did you know, that for us, the season has already started? It's true!

Even though the 2023 legislative session will officially begin Monday, Jan. 9, we and other agencies have been preparing decision packages (DPs) and agency request legislation (ARL) — not to mention continuing our relationships and work with various stakeholders, senators, representatives, the Office of Financial Management and the Governor's Office.

Chief Financial Officer Joyce Miller, Director of Government Affairs and Policy Jasmine Vasavada and Legislative Liaison Dave Pringle invite you to Real Talk at 10 a.m. Wednesday on Zoom to gain a high-level overview of legislative session, our decision packages and request legislation, and more.
