If you need to check your records, you will receive an email that looks like this one. Your timely action is required.

By GINA PATRICK III
Public disclosure officer

We are live! I'd like to introduce you to GovQA, a portal on our external Commerce website for all new requests for records. If you are asked about how to submit a public disclosure request, please send the person to this website. Please don't try to answer the query yourself.

When a person submits a query, the Public Records shop receives notification and gets to work. Then we will notify you via email (see the image) if you need to check your files for records in regard to a specific request. It's vital you not delete or ignore the email! Please respond in a timely manner, so we can meet our legal obligations.
