Clean Energy Transformation Act Bulletin

Request for cost information on draft rules' impact

Commerce is requesting information from electric utilities on the cost impacts of the draft rules proposed on Jan. 19, 2022. Developed in coordination with the Utilities and Transportation Commission, the draft rules focus on the interpretation of use, double counting and storage. The draft rules and request for cost information are available on the CETA Rulemaking webpage.

Deadline: Submit cost information by March 14.
