UPDATE: Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) template has been updated
Commerce has issued a revised CEIP template to address minor formatting issues and provide clarification, including:
- removing the drop-down tabs on the “Population affected” column on the “Forecast of Impacts” tab,
- clarifying that more than one population may be affected by utility specific action by changing “population affected” to “population(s) affected” on the “Forecast of Impacts” tab, and
- replacing the term “indicators” with “factors” on the “Identify VP” tab.
The revised CEIP template is dated 21-08-25. Find it linked under the "Additional Resources" heading in the right column of the CETA webpage.

Sept. 27, 2021, 1 to 4 p.m.
Commerce and the UTC will hold a joint rulemaking workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2021. A meeting topic and materials will be posted on the CETA webpage ahead of the meeting.
