Department of Ecology adopts CETA rules

Ecology adopted a new rule Chapter 173-444 WAC Clean Energy Transformation Rule to implement parts of the Washington Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) related to energy transformation projects and determining the greenhouse gas emissions content in electricity.
