Compliance draft rule language virtual-only workshop
The agenda for the May 21 workshop is to discuss three compliance rules in the first discussion draft: Sections 300, 310, and 320. The draft rule language is available on the CETA rulemaking webpage. Meeting materials will be posted prior to the meeting.
Commerce and Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) announce June 16 workshop
Commerce and UTC will host a workshop June 16 to discuss the agencies’ draft rules on the 2% incremental cost provision in CETA. Commerce’s draft rule is WAC 194-40-230. Meeting details and materials will be posted on the CETA rulemaking webpage before the workshop.
First discussion draft rule language and comment deadlines
Commerce’s first discussion draft rule language is available here. Commerce is requesting comments on the rules discussed at workshops on May 7 and May 21 (110, 200, 210, 220, 300, 310, 320). The comment deadline for these sections is June 15.
Stakeholders will have the opportunity after June 15 to discuss and submit written comments on the other sections of the first discussion draft rules (040, 050, 060, 230, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370, 400). However, Commerce welcomes comments on these sections prior to their yet-to-be-determined comment deadlines.
