First discussion draft rule language posted
Commerce’s first discussion draft rule language is now available here. Stakeholders will have opportunities to discuss and comment on these rules at upcoming workshops. Please submit written comments by June 15.
Commerce and Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) announce June 16 workshop
Commerce and UTC will host a workshop on June 16 to discuss the agencies’ draft rules on the 2% incremental cost provision in CETA. Commerce’s draft rule is WAC 194-40-230. Meeting details and materials will be posted on the CETA rulemaking webpage before the workshop.
Thermal renewable energy credits (T-RECs) comment deadline
The written comment deadline for the draft T-REC rules is May 6. The draft rule language and supporting documents are on the CETA rulemaking webpage. Submit comments to ceta@commerce.wa.gov.
Planning draft rule language virtual-only workshop
On May 7, Commerce will host a virtual workshop to discuss Sections 110, 200, 210, and 220 of planning draft rule language. The draft rule language and meeting materials are available on the CETA rulemaking webpage.
Compliance draft rule language virtual-only workshop
The tentative agenda for the May 21 workshop is to discuss three compliance rules in the first discussion draft: Sections 300, 310, and 320. The draft rule language is available on the CETA rulemaking webpage. Meeting materials will be posted prior to the meeting.
