Length of stay limits on HOPE beds lifted during COVID-19 outbreak

Office of Homeless Youth grantees,

We are waiving length of stay limits for the HOPE Center program effective March 19 until 30 days after the governor’s enacted state of emergency is lifted. This waiver will ensure no one displaces youth residing in the HOPE program during this crisis. All other program requirements, including age eligibility, must continue to be followed.

This change applies to any grantee with a HOPE contract, including contracts for comingled HOPE/CRC programs.
