Clean Energy Fund Research, Development and Demonstration Phase One Pre-Applications Due Aug. 31

The Washington State Clean Energy Fund enables a mix of projects administered by Commerce's State Energy Office. Projects must provide a public benefit to the citizens of Washington state through development, demonstration and deployment of clean energy technologies that save energy and reduce energy costs, reduce harmful air emissions, or otherwise increase energy independence for the state.

Research, Development and Demonstration grants support Washington’s research institutions, organizations and clean energy technology companies.

The guidelines, application forms and Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) are:

Deadline for submission: Phase one pre-applications must be submitted via email to the Department of Commerce at cef@commerce.wa.gov by 6 p.m, Aug. 31.
