Online Application for Early Learning Facilities (ELF) Grant now open

Early Learning

The 2017-19 ELF program online application is now open to K-12 school districts and eligible organizations.

Please use this link to go to the ZoomGrants website. If you have a ZoomGrants account, log in and follow the instructions. If you are a new user, complete the required information for a new ZoomGrants account to create a profile. Please do not use “The” as the first word in the agency name. Once the profile has been created, select the ELF Grant and click the “Apply” button to start your application. The application auto-saves your entries whenever you change fields, so you can come back anytime to resume your work, refine responses, edit copy and upload documents up until the deadline.

All applications must be submitted electronically through ZoomGrants. Hard copies are not accepted.

Applications are due to Commerce no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018.

Depending on which grant you are applying for, make sure to become familiar with the K-12 school district guidelines or the eligible organizations guidelines before you begin the application.

Links to the online application and guidelines are also provided on our ELF webpage. Our webpage includes helpful resources like our ELF Frequently Asked Program Questions document and ZoomGrants tutorials.

Also, please mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 27 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. We will be holding an ELF webinar through Skype. This webinar is an opportunity to provide an overview of the program and for interested applicants to ask questions and get answers from program staff.

Important Note: Skype can hold up to 200 participants, so if you are unable to join or are having technical difficulties, we will provide a recording of the webinar on our webpage including the PowerPoint presentation. Below are the skype details:
