Topic: Proposal (CR-102) – Self-insurance administrative assessments
Brief Description: The purpose of this rulemaking is to update WAC 296-15-223. These changes will ensure fair and equitable means of calculating one-time project administrative assessments. This rule making will address community concern surrounding funding for one-time projects and provide recourse for the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) to penalize those employers who fail to pay their assessments.
