Data reports coming for QA Validation meetings

Attention firm managers and firm QA managers, please share with your staff as appropriate.

Beginning with June validation meetings, the Quality Assurance (QA) team will share more information with you in advance of your meeting in addition to the claims selected for review. We will share several reports related to the selected collection of claims for your firm. The reports will provide information on:

  • The number and age of your firm’s open VR and AWA referrals
  • Vocational rehabilitation counselor (VRC) caseloads
  • VRCs open to receiving new referrals and their attached service locations
  • Vocational firm feedback entries since your last validation meeting

The additional information is intended to help us have more robust and informed conversations during our validation meetings. The reports will be attached to an email that contains your list of claims for validation.
