Reminder: Vocational Intern Supervisor Expectations due Jan. 31, 2026

Attention all vocational firm owners, managers and supervisors:

This is a reminder to submit your updated Vocational Intern Supervisor Expectations to Private Sector Rehabilitation Services (PSRS) at PSRS@Lni.wa.gov by Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.

The form should be completed and sent to L&I every six months during the internship. It outlines the skills an intern needs to have in order to meet L&I’s expectations. This requirement only applies to interns assisting with State Fund referrals.

The intern supervisor should:

  • Initial and date each skill the intern has successfully demonstrated.
  • Complete and sign the form, along with the intern, every six months of the internship.
