The new law which expands the duty of good faith and fair dealing to all Self-Insured Employers and Third-Party Administrators, takes effect Jan. 1, 2026.

The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) Self-Insurance Training team is offering training on Good Faith and Fair Dealing. The training will include a review of rules and regulations to follow to prevent possible penalties. This training is offered virtually through Teams at no cost to you.

Registration is required. The same material will be covered in both training sessions, and you only need to attend one. Click on your preferred date below to register.
