L&I Imaging System

Attention all firm managers, please share with your staff.

L&I is experiencing delays with the imaging system. Our goal is to make documents available in our imaging system within a day or two after we receive them. The current average wait is four days.

When duplicate faxes are sent, it contributes to the backlog. We ask that you refrain from re-sending faxes when you’re unsure if they’ve gone through.
