The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) is hosting the annual Update training. This training is offered virtually through Teams.

Registration is required, and credits will be based on registration and attendance. The same material will be covered in both training sessions, and you only need to attend one.

Topics include:

  • Significant Decisions and Court of Appeals updates
  • Claims Process Project recap
  • Loss of Earning Power pay until legal fixity (Policy 5.15)

Continuing education credits:
The following professional development credentials will be requested:
