L&I is hosting the Vocational Services Quality Assurance (QA) Leadership Conference.
When: Thursday, Oct. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Firms are expected to send at least one representative to this all-day event, and each firm is limited to three representatives due to room capacity. The conference is intended for owners and managers who are responsible for monitoring quality assurance (QA) and participating in QA validation meetings.
There is no charge for the event and lunch will be on your own.
The conference is an opportunity to examine behaviors that achieve results and advance our shared commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
