Action Requested: Intern Supervisor applications due Sept. 30
Attention all vocational firm owners and managers: Please share with your staff.
All intern supervisors must reapply annually to keep their supervisor status by submitting a completed Vocational Intern Supervisor Application (F280-072-000) to Private Sector Rehabilitation Services (PSRS). Active intern supervisors only need to complete page 1 using our updated application.
After firm managers review and approve applications, email the completed applications to PSRS@Lni.wa.gov by Sept. 30. You may also send them by fax to (360) 902-6706 by that date.
If applications are not received by the deadline, L&I will assume that the individuals are no longer serving as intern supervisors, and their supervisor status will be removed from the system.
The reapplication process benefits both firms and L&I by:
- Reminding intern supervisors of their responsibilities.
- Giving L&I an accurate list of active intern supervisors.
