Correction to the 2025 COLA Chart
We recently found an error in the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) Chart (5-decimal increment and cumulative factors), effective July 1, 2025.
We've fixed the error and posted an updated version of the chart on our website. If you downloaded or used the previous version, please double-check any calculations or system updates that may have used those incorrect cumulative factors.
The issue affected some of the cumulative COLA values listed on the first page of the chart. Specifically, the cumulative factor for the first COLA period was too high — it didn’t match the incremental factor as it should have.
The error was limited to those cumulative values — everything else, including the published time-loss rates, Loss of Earning Power (LEP) values, and other benefit information, is correct.
