Poster Update Effective July 1, 2025

It’s the law! Employers must post Notice to Employees – If a Job Injury Occurs (Self-Insured) F207-037-909 where employees can read it. (Revised Code of Washington 51.14.100)

What’s changed?

The poster Notice to Employees – If a Job Injury Occurs (Self-Insured) F207-037-909 has been updated.

The revised poster was simplified to incorporate easy to understand language. The updated posters are available for printing or ordering. They must be used beginning
July 1, 2025.

To meet requirements, you must replace the 2012 version of this poster with the new version by July 1st.

To order free posters:

  • Visit our website.
  • Click the “Order free copies by mail” button.
  • Click Add to Order (English-Spanish).
  • Click the green shopping cart button on the bottom right side of the screen.
  • Enter the quantity needed.
  • Click Place Order.
  • Complete the business name and address form fields.
  • When complete, click Submit Order button one time.

Print posters from website:

  • Visit our website.
  • Click the document title to open it.
  • Download or print.

Don’t forget to fill in the name of the contact person, their phone number, and email address.
