The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) Self-Insurance Training team invites a training webinar that will cover changes to claim processes. The training will be offered virtually over Teams.
There will be two virtual sessions to choose from:

June 10, 2025 Time: TBD
Learn about changes that will be implemented July 1, 2025 as a result of the Claims Process Project. The Claims Process Project goals are efficiency and consistency in adjudication and initiation of claims; and improvement in accuracy, timeliness and quality of claims management by all parties.
