Pay differential removed for physician assistants

The Department of Labor and Industries has repealed WAC 296-20-12501 (Physician assistant billing procedure). Effective March 1, 2025, physician assistants will be able to bill for up to 100% of fee schedule rates. Please see the link below for complete information regarding the rule change.
