Save the Date! Claims Process Project Community Listening Session
Members of the self-insured community are invited to attend one of two sessions where L&I will be presenting on proposed changes to claims processes and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.

Background
The Claims Process Project goals are efficiency and consistency in adjudication and initiation of claims; and improvement in accuracy, timeliness and quality of claims management by all parties. By working towards these goals, L&I hopes to provide the SI community with consistent and reliable resources, resolutions, and expectations. The ultimate intent of these changes is to ensure sure and certain delivery of benefits to injured workers.
