The Annual Refresher Training is designed to update and strengthen your knowledge and skills in workplace safety for agriculture workers. The training will cover important topics such as, WISHA 10 updates, hazard identification and mitigation, effective communication techniques, the GovDelivery System, partnership with high schools, and a discussion on L&I Consultation Services, as well as new presentations for the WISHA 10 for Agriculture Workers Certification.
In addition, we will specifically address current rule updates regarding Workplace Violence, Outdoor Heat Exposure, Wildfire Smoke, Zoonotic Diseases, and Agricultural Overtime Eligibility.
By attending the Annual Refresher Training, you will have the opportunity to network with other experienced trainers and gain insights from industry experts. This event will not only enhance your professional development but also contribute to the overall well-being and safety of agriculture workers in your community.
