Update to Start, Stop, Deny Compensation Benefits letter

As described in L&I’s May 30 communication, time-loss eligibility changed effective June 6, 2024. The “Start, Stop, or Deny Compensation Benefits” letter has been updated to reflect those changes. Please replace any existing forms with the updated version.
