The Department of Labor & Industries filed a CR-102 proposed rulemaking relating to Chapter 296-14 WAC
with the Office of the Code Reviser.
The proposed rulemaking is amending WAC 296-14-8810. The purpose of the proposed rule is to lower the pension discount rate for self-insured employers from 5.6% to 5.5%, effective April 1, 2024.
