Rule Development Meeting - Draft Rules - IME Recording Notification Process Accompanying Person

The Department of Labor & Industries will hold a prestakeholder meeting to take comments on the draft independent medical examination (IME) rules.

The purpose of the proposed draft rules are to define the IME recording notification process, clarify the timeframe for notification, and update the existing rule indicating an accompanying person can attend all IMEs.

A virtual, telephonic, and in-person public meeting has been scheduled to solicit comments on the proposed draft rulemaking.

The draft rule language will be shared a few days prior to the meeting. Written comments will be accepted.
