Topic: Interlocutory and Denial
You are invited to the Interlocutory and Denial Requests training, set for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, or 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. The training is the same for both dates. Please save whichever date works best for you on your calendar. The training will be offered as a Zoom webinar, and pre-registration is required. The course is not designated as a mandatory training.
Learn about interlocutory forms, time-frames, and extensions, as well as the denial process, including denial request forms and various denial situations. Training will also include a review of rules and regulations that need to be followed to prevent possible penalties.
