Don't forget: The interpretingWorks Scheduling System goes live April 12

Register now!

A reminder that L&I is launching a new system for providers to schedule interpreters. Starting on April 12, providers should request interpreters for scheduled, in-person appointments through the new interpretingWorks online system. Please register with the system now so you’re ready when interpretingWorks launches next week.

The interpretingWorks system is free for providers and interpreters, and available for use 24 hours a day. It includes technical assistance, support and scheduling dispatchers.

The new system modernizes L&I’s Interpreter Services program with a mobile-friendly, web-based platform. The system has built-in technical and customer service support, quality assurance, and feedback options.

Please sign up for the new online system now, before it goes live, so you can be ready for immediate use starting Monday, April 12. You can find instructions about how to register on the interpretingWorks site.

Visit the Interpreter Services website for more information and to view the FAQs. The FAQ documents contain information about how to handle emergent appointments.

If you still need help, contact us at interpretation@lni.wa.gov with any questions or concerns.
