Keeping construction workers safe & healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak

L&I does not currently require employers to have a written coronavirus disease prevention plan. However, we do require all employers to make their employees aware of the hazards associated with coronavirus and to provide prevention training as needed.

We have just published a new fact sheet to help with ideas for social distancing on construction sites, as well as actions both employers and workers can take to keep everyone safe and healthy. Find this new fact sheet here:
