Hello, 

You are receiving this fourth notice because your email address is associated with a user account in the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (WDFW) Aquatic Protection Permitting System (APPS) used to receive, process, and issue Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) permits.  No new actions are needed at this time.

Please refer to previous emails for additional details and directions on accessing your applications and permits in the new system. This email is regarding a change to the timeline only.

To ensure the highest data quality and access, we have decided to delay the shutdown and relaunch as follows:

• The current APPS system will go offline starting Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 12 p.m.
• The new APPS system will launch on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
• During the Nov. 20 – Dec. 2 shutdown:
  • If an emergency HPA is needed, please contact your local Habitat Biologist or Emergency Hotline (360-902-2537), as usual.
  • If you need to apply for any other HPA during the offline period, you may submit a paper JARPA form to HPAapplications@dfw.wa.gov.
  • Any other notifications or reports required under an existing HPA can be emailed to HPAapplications@dfw.wa.gov.
