Sponsorship sales are now open for the 2015 TCTS.

Sponsorship sales are now open for

the 2015 Training Conference and Trade Show

November 4 at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center.

This year’s theme is:  Efficient, Effective and Accountable Government.

We have implemented changes for this year’s event based on feedback we received.  Here’s what’s new:

Vendors get to choose their locations on the floor plan.

Vendors will get to pick their preferred location on the floor plan.  The floor plan will be updated every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and posted on our website.

Early bird pricing – purchase your sponsorship before April 15 and get last year’s pricing.

Sponsorships and booth prices will be increasing this year – the first increase in years.  But if you purchase before April 15, 2015, you will receive last year’s pricing. 

Sponsorships are available now.  Booth space sales open March 3, 2015.

What vendors participate in the trade show?  What do the demographics of the attendees look like?

We are working to expand the demographics of government employees to the trade show so vendors have an opportunity to speak with decision makers and contract users.  A list of vendors and attendees from last year is posted on our website.

This year’s trade show will have a showcase stage, an exhibition stage and interactive activities.  View more information about these new opportunities to get your products seen by attendees.

This event provides a great opportunity for state and local government to network and meet potential business partners.  It also provides a showcase opportunity for vendors to meet government procurement personnel and gather contact information for future business relationships.
