Governor’s Mansion tour showcases Black pioneer’s journey to Washington |

 During tours of the Governor's Mansion next month, large-scale prints of the George Bush Series, by acclaimed Black artist Jacob Lawrence, are on view in the ballroom.
Free, public tours take place Wednesday, Feb. 4, and Wednesday, Feb. 11.

The Department of Enterprise Services manages the daily care and long-term planning for the state Capitol Campus, the seat of Washington state government. The campus includes 143 acres of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, memorials and ; and the 260-acre Capitol Lake, which is being restored to an estuary.
