Hello Tribal Child Placing Agency (CPA) partners, 

On July 31, the WA CAP Process Maps will be removed from the external website because they are outdated and not ADA-compliant. The WA CAP (Binti) user manual is your best reference for navigating the WA CAP (Binti) system as it offers step‑by‑step instructions and reflects current processes.

As part of the Foster Care Negotiated Rulemaking (NRM) project, we’re developing new, accessible resources that will replace these process maps and provide clearer guidance for users. We will provide an update on the development of these resources in the fall.
